Bible Study Groups

Bible Study Groups at FBC Fannett exist to help you go beyond Sunday morning and grow in your relationship with God through the consistent study of His Word. Whether you’re brand new to the Bible or have studied it for years, our groups are designed to meet you where you are and help you take the next step in your faith.

Each group offers a different setting, some are lecture-style, others are discussion-based, but all are centered on Scripture, prayer, and real-life application. You’ll be encouraged, challenged, and surrounded by a group of believers who are committed to growing in Christ together.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
– Psalm 119:105

"But be doers of the word, and not hearers only..."
– James 1:22

Men's Ministry

The FBCF men’s ministry exists to strengthen men to faithfully obey Christ and to walk in the calling God has given them as leaders, providers, and servants in their homes, church, and community (Eph. 5:23, 1 Tim. 3:4-5). Rooted in the authority of Scripture (2 Tim. 3:16-17), we seek to cultivate biblical manhood marked by courage, discipline, humility, sacrificial love, and responsibility (1 Cor. 16: 13-14; Mic. 6:8). We desire to see men lead their families well, labor faithfully in the church, and serve others in love (Josh. 24:15; Gal. 6:10). Our ministry includes regular service projects to meet needs within the congregation and community, along with fellowship through events such as our annual dove hunt, men's monthly breakfast, and shared cookouts. Through work, worship, and brotherhood, we aim to sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron (Prov. 27:17), for the glory of Christ.

Women's Ministry

The women's ministry of First Baptist Church of Fannett exists to strengthen women to walk faithfully with Christ in joyful submission to His Word and in the unique calling God has given them in the home, the church, and the world (Titus 2:3-5; Prov. 31:30). Rooted in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture (2 Tim. 3:16-17), we seek to cultivate godly womanhood marked by reverence for God, wisdom, modesty, kindness, and faithful love for others (1 Pet. 3:3-4; Mic. 6:8). We desire to see women faithfully disciple one another, encourage younger women, and serve the body of Christ with grace and diligence (Titus 2:3-5; Rom. 12:10). Our ministry includes regular fellowship and service opportunities within the church and community. Through these means, we aim to build up women who glorify Christ in every season of life and strengthen the church through faithful, joyful obedience to the Lord.
