First Baptist Church of Fannett Leadership & Staff

We are grateful to be led by a team of committed leaders and staff who wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to Christ and His mission. Each leader shares a deep passion for making disciples as we go, living out our church’s mission by faithfully serving our church family and guiding us together in fulfilling God’s will.

Their daily example reflects this commitment: growing personally in Christ, encouraging spiritual growth in others, and actively engaging in the work of ministry both inside and beyond our church walls. This shared value unites our leadership team as they shepherd the body and advance the Kingdom.

Ben Moore

Pastor / Elder

Ben Moore, a proud native Texan, has been serving in church ministry since 2018. He began his pastoral journey as Pastor of Worship & Students at his church in Greenville TX, where he led worship and student ministry, preached throughout the year, taught Sunday School, coordinated worship services, and fulfilled a variety of pastoral responsibilities. In 2025, Ben was called to serve as the lead pastor of FBC Fannett.

Before entering ministry, Ben served as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army for four years, including a deployment to Afghanistan. After his military service, he earned degrees in Economics and Biblical Studies in May 2025, from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.

Ben and his wife, Georgetta, have been married since 2016 and are blessed with two young children.

Ben’s ministry centers on faithful, expository preaching of God’s Word, trusting the Holy Spirit to change lives. He believes in prayerful dependence on God, Christ-centered worship, and a culture of discipleship where every believer serves, grows, and engages in gospel outreach locally and globally.
